Coconut Curry Cauliflower Soup

A spicy, comfort lunch for two takes minutes to make when you’re running short on time!

Ingredients 

1 Boosh Food Coconut Curry bowl

2 cups vegetable broth

½ can coconut milk

Any extra veggies you may have on hand (grated carrot chopped cauli) (optional)

Chopped cilantro

Dash of hot sauce

Instructions

Prep Boosh Food Coconut Curry bowl according to package directions. When it’s ready, remove from container and place in a stovetop pot. Add ingredients, mix and simmer for a couple of minutes until desired consistency.
