Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Green Smoothie

Do you love the healthy benefits provided by green smoothies but hate the taste when using only greens within the smooth? It can often be hard to find a delicious smoothie recipe that is healthy but tastes great.

At Boosh, we strive to find the perfect balance between healthy and tasty. Below you will find a recipe that is not only good for the gut but also for your taste buds. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cocoa

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • ¼ cup pitted dates (you can always add more depending on the sweetness level you prefer)

  • 2 cups of frozen raspberries

    • Add 1 cup of ice if you use fresh raspberries

  • ¼ cup raw cashews

  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce or spinach

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more ice or frozen raspberries to make the consistency of the smoothie thicker for more of a fruit bowl than a smoothie.
