Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cocoa
1 cup coconut water
¼ cup pitted dates (you can always add more depending on the sweetness level you prefer)
2 cups of frozen raspberries
Add 1 cup of ice if you use fresh raspberries
¼ cup raw cashews
2 cups of romaine lettuce or spinach
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more ice or frozen raspberries to make the consistency of the smoothie thicker for more of a fruit bowl than a smoothie.
