Salisbury Steak Plate
A fun twist on a classic dish that uses our savoury and versatile mushroom-based Good Gravy.
Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil (or any vegetable cooking oil will do)
Plant-based burger patties of your choice
Onion, thinly sliced
Boosh Good Gravy
Side Dishes
Roasted or mashed potatoes
Favourite vegetable (e.g., carrots, peas, or broccoli)
Directions
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and brown your favourite plant-based burger patties on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add a bit more oil to the pan and sauté onions until golden brown (about 5 minues). Return the patties to the pan with the onions and pour in enough mushroom gravy to coat patties. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook for 7 to 10 minutes and cooked all the way through. Serve immediately with roasted or mashed potatoes and your favourite vegetable side dish.
