Ingredients

  • Potatoes of choice, cut in wedges or fries (or pre-packaged fries)

  • Boosh Good Gravy

  • Vegan cheese of choice (vegan cheese curds if you can find them)

  • Green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

Directions

Bake or deep fry/air fry potatoes until your desired level of crunch (and/or according to instructions). Remove fries from oven/fryer and place in a large bowl.

While the potatoes are cooking, pour mushroom gravy into a small pot and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, turn off heat. 

Crumble or place cheese over top of prepared fries and smother with hot gravy (amount of gravy is a matter of taste). Salt and pepper to taste and if you want a little bit more texture, try garnishing the dish with green onions. Serve immediately.
