Chili Cheese Nachos
Topped with Boosh’s Chili, you can transform a simple plate of nachos into a plant-based appetizer that explodes with familiar flavours and is a hit with family and friends.
Ingredients
Boosh Chili
Tortilla chips
Vegan cheese sauce of choice
Lime, cut in half
Optional garnishes
Green onions, thinly sliced
Jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
Directions
Pour chili into a small pot and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, remove from heat.
Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on a serving platter. With a large spoon, evenly distribute hot chili over the prepared chips and top with cheese sauce. Add another layer of chips, chili and cheese. Create as many layers as your platter can hold. Finish with a squeeze of lime and your favourite garnishes such as green onions or peppers. Serve immediately with plenty of napkins on hand!
